Another thought was seeing about making the house into a ALF facility but the 2 stories and only 3 bathrooms seem like a hindrance to me.  

My wife’s extended family just moved to Huntsville because her uncle is opening up an Aerojet Rocketdyne facility, which opened me up to the possibility of investing in the area.

As long as no one is cooking meth or turning a unit into a grow operation then I you’d have a hard time finding out who is growing pot, unless they admit this up front.
