Hello, My house is owned by them and I want to know if there is any contact information for them?

Fortunately, I have a few contacts to use.

If the loan is conventional, it is likely serviced by a mortgage servicer and you will have difficulty getting in contact with the actual investor who owns the loan.

I have great insurance contacts and it is NOT necessarily expensive like others claim. 

As a major part of my work, I need to research properties, and then skip trace the homeowner to make contact.

Wells Fargo ultimately turned me down because my specialist was completely clueless in general, and because she failed to accurately relay what I was telling her to her "internal contact" on the phone. 

Horse stable in the middle of LA, 20 acres 1/2 swamp next to major airport in Florida, church with 6 acres in the middle of town, contact bank Trust departments and let them know you want to buy.  

If you happen to have anyone else's contact from that class, please feel free to pass along my contact before it's too late. 

If the tenant didn't know to contact you since May, it's because you did not train them on what to call about (water and fire are the first calls on first sight).
