Personally, I don't like condos- HOAs and surprise special assessments can eat up any potential profits and in most states, they can just change the rules when they want to and decide that LTRs or STRs are no longer allowed. 

My houston properties are getting re-assessed for new HOIs, I am looking at Hawaii and finding it hard.

I currently work as a consultant, on a project that deals with a lot of risk assessment, identifying pain points for my client in areas of improvement, along with these types tasks, there is a lot of tracking and monitoring of multiple different requests that are going on at one time, as well as having to manage my team and personal to ensure we are meeting all necessary suspenses.

I want to assess independently before reaching out and doing further due diligence with experts. 

Well, I list a few reasons:  great teaching style, comprehensive beginning to end explanation, excellent customer service, live-time reviewing of training, a 40K forum. 

After years of sort of cruising on auto-pilot with a single tenant on a long-term lease, we figure it's time to assess the real value of this longtime family investment in case it might be time to sell.

I have 3 properties I need assessed in the next 2-3 months.

But today’s market is one where real assessments can be made.
