And when we travel on our house building missions alongside 100's of other millionaires that are also supplying the wells, and building sustainable farms, and buying sewing machines, and building free clinics....

Unless you're planning to buy out whole blocks and gentrify a neighborhood in close proximity to Cleveland Clinic or any of the college campuses, you'll have a hard time raising rents and reselling after rehab.

Cleveland draws a ton of travel nurses to the area for the Cleveland Clinic and University Hospital.
