It is hard to sell a property when you have such a good rate and it is possible that it could cash flow done correctly.You sound like you might be interested in commercial mixed use, it's one of my favorite asset classes out there because it's diversified in and of itself.

It just seems like a 5 unit and a 4 unit are arguably in different asset classes because of the difference in buyer pools.
