Carpets need cleaning, stretching and smoke smells removed.

College kids have parties, more likely to smoke, messier in general.

And to be honest, if I can get in with no money in, it doesn't have to be a smoking deal either.

The mentality of the people there, and seeing that your city is Pittsfield, I don't doubt you'll disagree, is that the majority of them would much rather ***** and complain about having no job while they are sitting in the basement smoking weed and playing Xbox.

I my case the smoke damage has caused damage and mold to grow behind the walls which must be demolished and replaced.

When you walk in you get hit with a strong cigarette smell and you can see some residue on the walls from it.
