I rented a lot of brand new houses to sec 8 tenants.

The one down the street may come with brand new carpeting, fresh paint, newer appliances..

However, concerned about the general wear and tear these tenants will have on a brand new construction. 

The other comments on this thread may be correct for their part of the country, but in Chicago, you need to abide by the RLTO which states  "(h) "Rental agreement" means all written or oral agreements embodying the terms and conditions concerning the use and occupancy of a dwelling unit by a tenant." 

To my knowledge there aren't many nationally recognized brands for PM.

There are a couple of builders selling new construction for under $300k. with 20% down and closing costs you could have a brand new HOME.Best of luck

I turned the complex into independent living for 6 residents and we also started a in Home Care Agency, soon after that March of 2019 we got the approval to add another 4000sqft and 15 more beds a brand new wing onto the building in the plans the architect designed her very own beautiful room setup up just for her!!!
