I have had the Allure put on stairs with a metal stair edge on each stair.

Some plumbers have a sewer cam that has a radio in it, where they can walk above on the grass with a special receiver and it will beep like a metal detector.They simply spray paint the lawn where to pipe is.Accuracy seems good with this.They can also blow smoke down the pipes and see where it leaks out.If the tank is under the structure maybe you can just disconnect it and put new one in where you can get at it.Good Luck!

It shouldn't be that expensive, but you will need a bullnose metal edge which probably won't look attractive in a classic house like this.Here are before / after of hardwood on a flip I did 15 years ago

I am considering buying a lot in the Hill Country (west of Austin like Spicewood or Dripping Springs) and putting a metal building atop of it as a commercial property. 

He says he can buy a new metal building kit of the size he needs for 30k....no slab and not constructed...and he is being told 700k total price to custom build but they need the architect building design with lifts and oil storage etc and civil engineer site plan with drainage to give a hard price.

I found a boat storage property that has a house, a nice metal workshop and 50+ boat storage sheds.

The place has a fairly new metal roof, along with some other recent upgrades to the property. 

We did use champagne bronze for the shower head, handle and sink faucet as it matched the metallic hexagons in the floor.

I've also heard of people recommending using a heat gun to heat up the metal and help loosen it (the theory being that the slight expanding/contracting of the metal will help loosen it up). 

Sometimes companies that provide chimney liners try to get you to add metal liners to chimneys that already have a terra cotta liner in good condition which isn't necessary.
