With 5 successful VRs and a SF LTR under our (@Avery Carl) belts in less than 2 years; we're thinking its time to make a move into multi-family.

@Michael Guzik my opinion is that to be a good wholesaler and really know the numbers, you need to have a lot of rehabs/flips/but and holds under your belt.

@George Blower thanks, I was thinking about registering for one of those.

Have you found it easier to work with local banks now that you have a syndication under your belt or does that continue to be a challenge?

@ George  Blower I understand that part...so basically I should have 6 months reserve expens and rest of all the balance I could use as down payments...would that be wise to do it or are there any other better ways I should purchase the property.
