It's ridiculous that you turned this into a big drama session, kicking and screaming like a child when there wasnt a need at all for it. 

If there is really an issue, have a strategy session with PM on how to address the issue. 

As far as being wise, I would say yes, but investing has almost nothing to do with what you learned in pre-license courses or what you will learn in training sessions at your new brokerage firm.

I am on the board of directors of my local REIA and we hold numerous education sessions for wholesalers or wannabees.These sessions are always packed!!

I have read about utilizing regular Facetime sessions with contractors and hiring project overseers to periodically visit the site and ensure the work is being done.

Also there are real estate investing clubs here but they cost a charge per session or an annual charge of £200.

I'm talking head down, nose to the grind stone, geek out sessions where we develop in depth and thorough spreadsheet checklists and systems for data organization.

For example, I've had some brainstorming sessions for marketing on how to  do better, brand better,  have a niche over the competition, Etc .
