I'm not going to assume anything more on this man, but it definitely looks like she may trying to put herself in a position to try to accuse you of some shady things.....definitely not saying you did something shady,..but I am sure she will accuse you of trying to cut some side deal with her and the deal has fallen apart because it sounds like there is something she has been able to communicate to the court that has convinced them it is worthy of having the case be re-opened.Stay stong my man.

I think most of this stuff is blown.. over  and over reacting to a once in a life time crash that was 08.. markets always ebb and flow that's the reality.. it cant always be red hot.. it can be hot and it can be cool. or just  warm.. but crash's don't come every 10 years..

Hopefully I can help a little.So, the way we think about your question is treating your HELOC payment more as a 'holding cost' that counts against your rehab budget, as more than likely, your HELOC balance should be re-payed back down to zero, once you achieve the rehab and cash out refinance / convert the stuff to the long term fixed rate financing.Part of the benefit of thinking of it this way, is that the HELOC payment is temporary while you use that revolving line of credit.

You should never put solar panels on any house if it will need to be re-roofed within the life of the panels and most solar companies will make you address the roof before they will install.
