Hey Josh,I’ve been renting to Section 8 tenants in Detroit for a few years now, and I know the topic comes up a lot for landlords.

In most cases, neither is warranted.Warning: I am not an attorney, and this can be a complicated topic.

If the tenant breaches the lease that's a whole other topic and we can still evict for breach of contract.
