Hi BP members, is it better to buy MF with window a/c or central air? 

I’ve thought of a few exit strategies: wrap, lease to own, air bnb.

The only thing i really need is plumbing,Boiler(convert to central air) and some termite damage. 

Our primary goal is to have a long term investment that pays for itself (or at least offsets the cost) over time through short term rentals like air bnb.

Remodeled a house before that had several animals as pets in the house (dogs and cats both) the animals were not let outside to use the bathroom (from what it looked like ever) we sanded down the hardwood filled a pump up sprayer with the odorxit (super contracted stuff mix as stated in bottle) sprayed all of the floors till they were soaked with it then opened the windows to let it all air dry.

Should I put in split air for ac/heat? 

Its good to have a crawlspace vented, but less than ideal in winter time when air is dry anyways and cold because you are trying to heat your house.

It's a split level that I bought in original condition, including a 1984 ancient-looking air conditioner and all the things that come with a house of this nature.The plan was to do a full cosmetic + replace HVAC and Roof + prune back 60ft tall pine trees AND turn it into a house hack bnb.What I've learned so far....- Trust but VERIFY everything on the buy side.

Consider replacing central air at the same time if you have it.
