Here in TN brokerages regularly hold EM deposits; I have a dedicated account for such deposits myself, by law, even though I don't actively broker RE but just maintain my brokerage for the PM side of things.

Hi Brandon,Personally I think it all depends on what kind of "avatar" you are.If you have high risk tolerance and have time to spend, active strategies like flips and BRRRRs will yield better returns and more opportunities. 

Did you use AI to generate your posts, you slick dog...Haha, but in all reality AI is useful as a complementary piece for day to day activities.

I am really just looking to avoid the worst of the worst areas (anywhere with open air drug markets or active gang warfare / prolific violent crimes).

I'm not sure if typical property managers would take on the role, if they did they would want a larger cut.
