I have played with AirDNA and heard of Pricelabs, but how accurate are these sites with their estimates?

it is not accurate for the Peoria property.  

I’ll be most accurately judged in 5-7 years after all this dust has settled and people see which sponsors are still here, which got foreclosed, and which liquidated at massive losses.  

For newly constructed, purchased or renovated properties and also retroactive generally over the last 10 years, building components are properly classified into individual units of property and accurate recovery periods for computing depreciation deductions.

Some of them messaged me to say be careful, as they felt I was being encouraged by the program to have a wreckless disregard and take a dicey flip gamble and lose money.

I feel a more accurate headline for this post is “How I Made Me Lose My Life Savings”

It really depends, so I think to give an accurate answer, we (or at least I) would need more info.
