I have been considering building a treehouse on a parcel I own as high as I am able with a wrap around deck with 360 degree mountain views as my next project. 

Question is if we have a conversation with each tenant about what they feel is a fair rent and one says $1375 and the other says $1400, and $1400 is our target - should we accept separate rent amounts?

In this particular property the GFCIs were on the circuit breakers which is acceptable by code.

A solid financial backing demonstrates reliability, making sellers more likely to accept offers from these investors over others.As fix-and-flip investors build a reputation for professionalism and success, they can expand their operations and take on more significant projects.

But they are getting the advice from people who are either (1) not qualified or experienced enough to rely on their advice (2) biased to some degree, perhaps unintentionally, by their background, business interests, training, etc, or (3) providing advice in a general sense without a thorough understanding of the questioners personal situation or ALL the relevant facts. 

I do believe that their alleged name is pure bs.I, too, do not have the luxury of only accepting known callers.
