I actually decided to continue investing in Charlotte for now, we are in the middle of picking up couple more and for me the numbers make sense, I know the area better and the team I have in place has consistently done a solid job.Honestly, I know I need to diversify areas but the more I look around the more I continue to like North Carolina so maybe I could be missing out but in the long run I admit I just like the area.Thanks again, you are a great writer, much thanks for all your posts!

I moved back here a few years ago after living in DC for 8 years.My background is as a writer and editor covering the stock market.

I also have a grant writer who is interested in helping in exchange for some other favors.

Along the way i would love to meet and greet like minded individuals and expand my network.3.I love reading and writing, I consider myself an mediocre writer. i tend to read usual too much by reading 2 or 3 books at a time its usually a mixture of fiction and non fiction.

BP is my go-to resource when I want to clarify something but, damn, it's frustrating to read these threads because nine out of ten writers can't string two coherent sentences together. 

Crafting an SOP felt like crafting my personal odyssey, and these writers were the narrators who translated my journey into eloquent prose.

I've read several statements in this thread that if I'm understanding what the writer is intending to convey, I disagree with, but before addressing them I'd like to define some terms and roles in a CFD transaction.
