Any landlords give their tenants a coupon or voucher for a small discount $10 lets say, if they pay a certain amounts of months on time?

For lowes I buy 10% coupons off the internet for about $2.50.

Amongst these we provide coupons to local, and locally owned, businesses: cafés, a pilates studio, even a depanneur.  

You can try making application and bring with you your income and asset documentation along with the other property documents like mortgage coupon/statement (PITI - HOA), rental/lease agreement and giving it to the LO upfront.  

An assumption would probably work fine if the deal was a coupon clipper but I don't buy those. 

One of them hits EVERY in-town brokerage at least once or twice a month, teaches agent continuing education classes for free, keeps our mailboxes full of microwave popcorn, seasonal calendars, coupons, etc.

See if you can have it repaired vs. full replacement but if full replace is needed, then you know what you have to do...also I've printed out the lowes 10% off coupon and have had home depot match the discount for the full transaction. might save you a bit.

If your Custodian provides the service, you can log on and create a payment coupon for your borrower to use for payments.

I always use the 10% coupons that are in the change of address packet from the post office.
