I did not realize that Cincinnati was generally regarded as one of the first great American boomtowns, and the Over the Rhine area was once the pride of the city, and boasts some of the most astounding Itallianette architecture that is rivaled by nowhere else in the U.S.You may recognize the area as the location of the 2001 race riots in Cincinnati that turned pretty ugly.

(fraud-bad faith)I have just received a check for just over $500 today with no letter/itemization included....but i know from an email that this is because they were halving the cost of the front lawn costs..including charging for cleaning windows despite video evidence that they were clean the day of leaving...and landlord made no complaint on day of walk through....infact we even boasted that we had cleaned them inside and out that weekend to him.

—Like you said, it looks like a bill---Definitely doesn’t look fun.I've always hired women to do my envelopes-if they have big bubbly girly handwriting then even better- I use #10 white (maybe a orange/black during Halloween etc..) and have them written with a "Ultra Fine Point" Pink Sharpie.

That's a LOT of work, and it may just be beyond the capability of the unit.Be sure to use those ultra-cheap filters in the summer and change them frequently.

It seems easy but I've talked with hard money lenders and they all want first position on the house, and the bank says don't make waves at this point as they have everything in perfect order ready to close and the loan is big enough for them to be ultra careful.

Agree with @Joel OwensI have five, they buy all the deals I find, I sell 80% of my wholesale deals to two of them.Not sure why i would want a bigger one when I can have my buyers in extacy because I can fulfill their wants and needs, while the people boasting the biggest ones rarely satisfy anyone.

The tightening of the mortgage regulations in 2012/2013, of which the Minister liked to boast, was no more than a return to what existed before the government relaxed things.CMHC is close to fully subscribed - and this is after an increase in their limits for which the lenders lobbied, so they will soon have to start refusing to underwrite some deals.
