You know, I can make the same point about purchasing U.S. treasuries, arguably world's safest investment, at a wrong time, and you'll walk away a loser holding world's safest (or at least among safest) income generating asset.

Those most applicable for a CFPB examiner will be first within their agency domain, then in light of other agencies such as FDIC, Comptroller of Currency or Treasury Department regulations pertaining to lending, if an examiner can't peg the issue at that point, it's questionable if the examiner can determine an enforceable violation under their jurisdiction. :)Go Mizzo!

Not only do we have some very important economic reports but we also have a huge supply of Treasury auctions to contend with, a Congressional vote on Syria, a monthly bond coupon roll over, and this is the last week before the next Fed meeting.
