It certainly wouldn’t make sense if one has a “finished” building, but in my case, this building will be near down-to-the-studs anyway, so installing the PEX/aluminum fin system would be achievable.  

I carry an aluminum bat in my car.

If there are big issues like aluminum wiring and/or a fpe panel, old hvac or if the septic is old, has trees near the drain field, hasn't been pumped in years you need to figure out how you will pay to replace them.

I did the same thing last summer in southeastern Columbus and it's been working out great. 

This is especially important given the rising costs builders are seeing for conventional construction materials, like steel, aluminum and especially lumber.
