I now look at the whole world as my playground but I'm focusing on the best markets, which are in Latin America and Southern Europe: Mexico, Costa Rica, Panama, Dominican Republic, Colombia, Brazil, Uruguay, Portugal, Spain, Italy, ...That approach is best for diversification.

In a place like The People's Republic of Kalifornia where it takes a year to foreclose on a deadbeat this is most certainly a loser.

He does rural towns like Ephrate (funny you should mention that) and all the way up in Republic.  

I also talked with First Republic Bank and they wanted me to move every investment account over to them to get a Prime plus .6 HELOC.  

I have a tenant that booked my Airbnb in the Dominican Republic for 6 mos.  

Specifically the markets i'm most interested in are Portugal, Brazil, Dominican Republic, Nigeria, and Philippines.
