I've looked into Platinum Trust Group, Bradley Legal Corp, Anderson Business Advisors, Royal Legal Solutions, and Asset Protection Planners.Does anyone here have any experience with a company on this list or a different company you would recommend?

If you have substantial equity, you could cash out refinance and use the cash out proceeds to put down on a new building.If that doesn't do it for you, you could do a sale lease back on your current building with a company like Royal Oak that specializes in sale leasebacks. 

What's funny is if Citi,wells,JPM falls then the middle-eastern shayk or Chinese mogul would come to bid and rescue the institution, but the institution would not allow it because the politicians can't bash them anymore in CNN lol....it's just yesterday news some Dubai princess would rescue SVB lol

@Jared Crouch If you are still looking for a reliable and ethical MLO in the Austin area, i would recommend Ethan Papaserge with Royal United Mortgage.

You do not need to do payroll either, as for most small businesses, that is a royal pain.

And they’re careful enough not to royally f-up our lease agreement.
