That's when Obama did a special extension on unemployment for the "crash" victims and I was able to keep feeding my kids a little longer.All in all, I learned a lot about living on a budget, not living above my means and it was humbling.

That's why since the Obama Administration, we have often provided them to the poor and homeless (not iphones usually.) 

So getting ahead of this is probably the right move.For the millions of folks who are in forbearance or can't make payments, I can't imagine a case where the government won't step in (in the same way Obama bailed out the big banks a few yrs back) so I'm not too worried about tenants not being able to make payments over the next 4 yrs.

I'm expecting to pay 23% capital gains with the Obama care surcharge.

The governments plan is to raise the Flood Insurance ten percent a year until you are paying tens of thousands a year, just like Obama Care.

I still remember when Obama was elected and everyone was saying real estate will be under attack.

Fraud and mismanagement have not decreased under Obama.

If President Bush didn't do Tarp, and if President Obama didn't continue the massive spending, we very well might not be alive right now IMO.

Bill -This seems like a major slippery slope...What if someone went crazy in a supermarket, yelling, "Obama is a horrible President and he makes me want to kill people!!!"
