One of my tenants 1-year lease is set to expire on March 31s, 2024.  

It will be listed on Airbnb and other short-term platforms in March after remodeling.

My son bought a house in September 2022, lived in it, and then was deployed in March 2023.

There is an extremely narrow band of investors who are actually "suited" to take the risks of investing in ventures like these.

Hello,I am preparing a list of biddable properties during the 5th March Foreclosure auction at Fort Bend County Fairgrounds.

My plan is to start with a property management team (currently researching and meeting with some potentials), as I’m at my band width running after my 3 young kids.

I expect to get serious about looking for my next deal mid March.

Due to the pursuit of family stability, with a growing child and a desire to build connections in the neighborhood, we will be moving to Georgia in the beginning of March for the latest.I am excited about continuing my real estate career in Georgia, not only as an agent but also as an investor.

I am currently writing my business plan the deadline for it is March 10th, 2024 then I will hire someone from fiver who is smarter then me at writing and they will take what I wrote and make it look better and presentable.
