As part of approving an animal occupant the tenant and landlord will identify locations for items such as food and water dishes, areas for bodily functions to not harm grass or other vegetation, specific areas within the property and home that the animal can occupy. 

I don't want to have to worry about making sure a dish is cleaned, or if the laundry is tied up.

As a real estate agent, I can't imagine why you would expect this from a full time agent that's well connected and dishing out deals.

Units come is all sizes, most with kitchens that are stocked with dishes, etc. and a washer and dryer.  

You will get more selection if you cater to this period instead of traditional year long leases.Be ready for typical college-level issues: They didn't do their dishes from the night before.

The icicle would have had to have been massive.My strong suspicion IS that it was crushed from a heavy person standing on it and as it is located directly below where their sattelite dish was installed......Why go through the stress of it....well her lawyer demanded twice the security deposit, so almost 3k PLUS attorneys fees.

I've seen tenants in other houses where 1 person buys the groceries for dinner for that night and takes the first shower, another person cooks it, 3rd person does dishes and gets the 2nd shower, 4th person does all the laundry, everyone else keeps the house clean.
