Unfortunately its all cash upfront which is nerve wracking especially to little fish such as myself.

You have bigger fish to fry - namely, what sounds like an incompetent property manager and your negligence in properly managing your business (i.e. not renewing your umbrella policy, etc).

I can self isolate and fish off my dock and ride jet skiis.

It does well year-round as many activities are supported from this location from fly-fishing and Yellowstone National Park tours in the summer to skiing Big Sky Resort and cross country ski trails in the winter.

not sure what you mean, the property is +$500 with me living there I’m saying that what others have already said: plenty of property fish in the sea.
