Now we just focus on our 2 girls, mortgage business, our growing pod cast "get in the cash flow game with K&K, delivering educational content daily to clients and our community, buying a building a year with our own money in San Diego, personally own 45 + unit with a net cash flow of $300K. 

The girl had a child and its impossible to kick them out here in NY if they have a kid.

I couldn't qualify for it too, so we used my girl friends credit and my $5k down payment.

I've had some other, but related users come look at the property; Boys&Girls Club, a charter school, someone that wanted to convert into .  

I rented to a restaurant once and they put three girls in a two-bedroom apartment for three months.

..and If they've been good boys and girls, and paid rent on time he won't evict them ;)
