I would think if you pay HOA dues you have a right to review the records.Maybe everything is on the up and up.Maybe the HOA is run by Fat Tony, Don't ever ask me about my business

So after a meeting with a long time client of mine to finalize details on a project.We sat around just chewing the fat for a while and my friend had asked what I had been up to in my RE business, he had known I was in the game so to speak and I guess he was looking for a status report,So I began to explain what I had been doing and mentioned a few deals I was looking at.

Its a great strategy you just need to know your ARV when your done with the rehab so there is enough fat in the deal to pull your money out or at least only have a small portion in that you can recoup (ROI or CoC) in the first year. 

That fat ugly girl sitting at the end of the bar starts looking pretty good, after you've had enough drinks.  

We have to be careful (and i’m guilty of this a lot) not to make a deal sound good in our heads by “trimming the fat” so to speak.

@Mitch Messer  wow, I totally screwed that one up with a "fat finger".

I don't just bring you a buyer, I bring you a qualified investor with a fat checkbook that won't waste our time.

The answer about whether or not you would be eligible is a big fat "it depends".

I learned a lot on how to get everything in writing with contractors using the fat pay method.
