Hi, I just wanted to say thank you for taking the time to read this.I am a minor league baseball player who wants to invest into real estate, but don't really know where to start.

But we have minor league baseball and hockey, college basketball, baseball and football, 2 drive in theaters, 2 lakes, 2 malls, multiple golf courses, country clubs, 2 skating rinks, an ice skating rink, museums, orchestras, theaters, some amazing parks, and tons of great food - all within 5 - 30 min away. 45-60 min away you have Amish country, major league baseball, basketball and football, Lake Erie, casinos, 3 airports, etc.

I am not in that league so I have to be happy paying the point.:)

It feels a bit unnatural to step in the big(ish) leagues, although I did do 2 SFR for a few years to ride out the 2008 downturn in the RE market.

It can just come across like wet blanket to folks who are hoping one day they have time to coach their kids little league.  

If you want to show your virtue go coach Little League, volunteer at church, humane society etc.  

It's literally like a kid playing T-ball being compared to a major league player.
