Does someone in the Somalian community speak good enough english in case there is an emergency?

One speaks pretty good English, but there is a bit of a language barrier that makes some things unclear when communicating. 

@Kris Haskins  its just another version of the Nigerian prince scams.. run by those who tend to be foreigners.. you can tell by rusty English and unusual wording in sentences etc.  

I know and have had good experience with Colleen English Balderson and her father at English Law Group and Chip Ridge at Millennial Title Company both in Louisville, Kentucky. 

Lastly, you communicate terribly in written English.

It certainly was for what I used to do for a living, which was teaching English to speakers of other languages.

There are no words in the English dictionary that can adequately describe how bad an idea that is. 

Hello everyone,We are reviewing an applicant for our rental property and everything was looking great until I heard from our insurance that the prospective tenants' English/American Bulldog is not covered.

Improper english/description of loan terms and conditions, and of course no one is going to get that interest rate.There are also a bunch of "lenders" on This site who are clueless people just spamming out looking business for perhaps legitimate lenders, maybe not, they wouldn't know how to determine that.

If you were to need to go to court, wouldn't the lease best be in English?
