@Kris Haskins  its just another version of the Nigerian prince scams.. run by those who tend to be foreigners.. you can tell by rusty English and unusual wording in sentences etc.

Improper english/description of loan terms and conditions, and of course no one is going to get that interest rate.There are also a bunch of "lenders" on This site who are clueless people just spamming out looking business for perhaps legitimate lenders, maybe not, they wouldn't know how to determine that.
