I dont have regrets just did not care for STR  business personally. so we sold.But we have Mid term fully furnished rentals and I really like that one.. start off as a few months and end up staying a year or more and at close to double the rate and A class tennants..

I could see how you interpreted that from what I wrote, but what I was doing was listing how to properly operate for asset protection, not that guaranteeing a note or any contract will put a remote entity in jeopardy of becoming a “disregarded” entity.  

If they are doing a 2% and 8%, then the sponsor management fee is double the norm.

I recently got hold of a company offering transactional funding for double closings at less than 1%.

I'd double check actual rents in the neighborhood with comparable and if it's in line then it doesn't sounds unreasonable...

Although I would not do IB on both Vrbo and Airbnb at the same time, because of the danger of double booking and the associated penalties. 

I would definitely double check  ALL of the info they provide especially rent collected.

The house has doubled in value since I bought it and I would likely sell one condo for a few hundred thousand more than I bought the whole house for.

Next, with the rapid appreciation, the repair cost has nearly doubled.
