I’m not a fan of any ceiling color or trim color other than white, in my opinion it would be doing the property a disservice to paint ceilings, trim, walls all one color and if you do please make sure it’s at least white (kind of boring though).

Their service, just like any other, is not without drawbacks. (1) I'm not a big fan of their rent collection b/c they make you deposit it into their account and I'm not overly comfortable with an unregulated entity having any say over my money.
