There are 3 separate statutory codes governing wholesaling.

(h) Unpaid special taxes under the Mello-Roos Community Facilities Act of 1982 (Chapter 2.5 (commencing with Section 53311) of Part 1 of Division 2 of Title 5 of the Government Code) that are not satisfied as a result of the sale proceeds being applied pursuant to Chapter 1.3 (commencing with Section 4671) of Part 8, or that are being collected through a foreclosure action pursuant to Section 53356.1 of the Government Code.

Believe me.... with the way our government is operating, $100K in premiums paid today is going to seem a lot less ten years from now.

Be thorough, be patient, and understand it's a government institution so things may take a while. 

If we have learned anything from the pandemic, isn't it that we should have all our assets and income in the same country at the mercy of one single government?

I say that becuase it is hard to get anyone in city government to answer the pohne. 

One positive to note, during Covid when tenants stopped paying their rent ( and the government supported them in doing so) it was great to have section 8/ at least I  got the minimum amount to pay the mortgage!

It is pretty common to have IRS liens and government liens like mowing, demo, nuisance, etc. 

This is very unhealthy so the government is now investing elsewhere now and Punta Cana is pretty much done anyway, as the path of progress pretty much has run its course there.That's not my main problem with Punta Cana though.
