Hi all, any foreign investors from australia who could recommend any USA tax accountants please?

Hi, I’m living in Australia on a temporary visa which will be changed to permanent in 2 years. for a 300k prop I wanna buy, I have to pay 30k more than other people as stamp duty because I’m on a temporary visa. but the prop still giving me 3% yearly cash on cash.

I know lots of people in Melbourne Australia (one of the most expensive places in the world to buy) who love renting in area's they could never afford to buy in their life time, they make great money and love having a full time gardener etc that someone else manages, I know renters who are dismayed, unhappy, have no savings.. but we all know home owners who fit that bill too.

I have done 24 deals remotely from Australia.  

And so on....The U.S. is quite a different place than Australia in so many ways.

I actually played professional basketball in Australia and cam back to the states and got a Sales job.

We had people from the US, Canada, Brazil, Malaysia and Australia.  

She's up in Canada at the moment, then US for Xmas and possible plans for working down Australia as the Visa there is for 2 years I've looked at www.angieslist.com and unfortunately to view their recommended contractors and feedback you have to be a US resident.
