HOA is involved and they reply to HOA request of fixing their radiator and reply to HOA email according to hoa, but when I write them to fix the damage of my ceiling they just do not reply to my email or txt or phone call.And this is not first time that’s happening, in past 6 years there was two different damageme caused by them.
