a rented house is a mess life. like i have changed 3 houses last year. being a freelancer i am heavily dependent on mails and switching systems is a big burden for me at least.

trials and tribulations of the sub 1000 a month renter.. its never ending .. never will end and will always be a roller coaster.you can get the good one.. but generally speaking these are life long renters.. 

The carpet is pass its expected life span and the smoking hasn’t helped.
