Then we will post our vacation rentals on those type of rental sites.

The building appears to be in a fairly large industrial pocket and I read that Arlington is home to the largest business park in North Texas so I'm wondering if the truth is there is too much available for rent and not enough demand?

The feeling of trust caused me to talk myself into justifying only drive by inspections, which appeared to pass, aside from a piece of garbage in the lawn here and there. 

It appears somewhat wavy and you can see seems, but its not horribly visible.  

The attorney who set up *my* family trust, doesn't appear to do anything *EXCEPT* that, and hasn't been responding to my messages.That's the only problem with Fremont, it seems to be a legal ghetto (though it's a great place to live!!).
