I believe you are referencing cash management, which is only applicable on larger loans, or those with special circumstances.

A guy to watch, hes going to go far.

I have the town send me a duplicate bill each quarter just so I can keep watch on the balance.  

This is the lesson I think I should learn from and watch out next time for any condo's purchase even the single family house.
