I do a hybrid approach; I use a combination of virtual assistants , NestEgg(Online maintenance manager), brokers, lawyers, lockboxes to handle most of the property management.

Since Covid we've done a couple in-person meetups in Southern NH (Nashua and Londonderry) and we've been doing a monthly online version, our next virtual one is actually this Thursday and it is posted under the "Network" tab here on BP under the name "Pints & Properties".

Normally we host it in Worcester at the Hangover Pub, however due to the high cases of COVID, we are moving it to virtual this month.

He is doing another virtual one on October 15th I believe.   

We were hosting 4 in person meetups a month pre-COVID (Lowell, Londonderry, Woburn, Salem) and since March have been doing monthly virtual meetups.

This is an answer that varies GREATLY depending upon where you are, but we can tell you that the cost per CLICK and per CONVERSION has gone up in virtually every market.
