Do you pay for the Propstream platform?

You are better off doing your comparisons based on the data that they have on their own websites.As far as set-up, I think there are some platforms that can help with that......wait for input...:-)

They just don’t want to deal with taxes and other stuff as in their view, I’ve owned the property the day we signed.

@Danny Del Pino I feel most resourceful calculators/software do come at a cost, but a lot of platforms do offer a free trial.

Just an update...I've since found out that delayed financing is performed using the current value of the home.Which means, all the various forum results I've viewed, as well as other media, which were all saying that delayed financing is based on the purchase price of the property plus the closing costs, were technically correct...

You can use google earth or google maps to get a sattalite view of the roof.

This was touched on by @John Underwood earlier, but I would seriously consider it if your unit is at a price point that a "typical Tesla owner" would be purchasing AND only if there's an option to search or filter on those rental platforms.
