What are those ninja tips and tricks?

At the time, I thought "neat and clean" will do the trick.

The trick is to find a team of people you can trust to make informed decisions about where to purchase, and then to protect that investment as best as they can by getting quality tenants.  

Another trick I do depending on the list/email is to resend the email up to 2x to the people who didn't open it the first or second time with a new subject line.

If you have a great place at a good price, some of the losers will try to trick you.

This is my way of "Paying It Forward" for all those who gave me the tips, the tricks, the strategies to get that contract SIGNED!!!
