The funny thing is that its not even on my CR anymore because I fought it and had it removed so ill just have to keep on fighting the fight!!

So the listing agent gave me a few more clues;I would submit 1 offer only that is submitted to the bank which will review all offers.If they accept the offer then I do my due diligence.So I submitted an offer, which is way below market so i'll be lucky to get a call back.Which brings me to another question which ill post separately.

Ill be looking primarily in the Fort Walton Beach and Destin area, with Destin being my area of choice!

Unfortunately that all ended when my parents became terminally ill and I moved away from Okc to help take care of them.
