Should I be worried about dramatic future increases in flood insurance, or should I run numbers based on today's insurance cost? 

I feel like the property manager/landlord is trying to pull a fast one on me?  

The mechanical engineering degree might help you fix stuff, but not the day to day of being a landlord, making deals, or running your own business.  

Hello - I'm looking into buying an unimproved vacant lot and putting a fast food/QSR restaurant as well as a coffee shop on two pad sites.

Is it owning part of a real estate syndication earning a passive return on your money while an experienced operator handles all the day to day operations?

Fast forward: Servpro serviced and Insurance fixed the repairs, basically everything seems new in this place, but I'm still not sure how to feel about it.

The county said it could go as fast as a few months if everything goes smoothly but we all all know it’s not likely 😄As far as expenses, I have an architect friend who has a past doing projects like this.

I got under contract today a duplex in my area for $13,000.
