You are right Drew eventually I am going to find an agent , loan officer, and handyman , so that I can develop a team of people to accomplish my goal,and I only have one goal and that is to purchase a 4unit property before I retire within a year or two, Thanks guys for your response..

It is actually easier than new construction when you have the right team.

I don't know if they incorporate non--MLS rented properties in their statistics but  in our area you would get a falsely high rent if you only use MLS. 

Definitely incorporate, get business cards, get polos with your logo on them. 

Some considerations on where you should consult an attorney are; Where any of the parties live, where the property will be located, or where you wish to incorporate the business and do most of the work.Any one of these places serves as a good state to seek the advice of a Business Attorney in.

He and his "team" are in the middle of a dream deal, 4.2 million purchase 1.5 million rehab 1.3 million finance and sale cost when its complete there looking at 14 to 17 million.  

I'd suggest networking and teaming up with others in your area doing what you ultimately want to do.
