So I'll extend a phone/ email to all of them, follow-up 2 or 3 with a visit or longer conversation and go from there.Mike

I usually supply range only in SFH but frig and sometimes washer & dryer in Apts.  

I know in some communities, "schools" may be a driving factor  and the supply and demand of property values will go up.

I place a service request online, AHS emails me details and the company that is going to send someone out.
