My interest in real estate grows out of my current reevaluation of my career plans.

I love close by and haven't gotten my investment career started yet but am pretty knowledgeable in some of these areas.

I've wholesaled I think three or four in my career.

A lot of high income earners take their excess cash and invest it in RE for passive income so they can sustain their lifestyle long after their high paying career is over.

I have no background in Real Estate, but my whole career has been around enterprise sales for the tech industry.After spending a long time reading up on Real Estate Wholesale (I wanted to make sure i really wanted to do this), I am now ready to dive into this industry.  

At 19 I began my ownership career opening several failing businesses from building inspections to event planning each bringing in almost nothing until I sold one and then I started my ownership career with several failing tattoo studios in the area.

I passed my exam and will be receiving my license once I find a suitable Brokerage near Chicago, IL to sponsor me.

Its only with the advent of the internet Guru's and what is promulgated even here on BP that it gives folks the false sense of security that wholesaling is some sort of industry or career path. 

I am new to the business and am looking for a way out of my current career very soon. 

Hi my name is Ben Petrillo, I'm from south florida and only 14, I've heard about the whole concept of real estate investing and want to presuse it as a career, I'm only 14 so that's gonna have to wait but I'm here to learn about real estate investing so I can minimize my risks while investing,  knowledge is power!
