Hey Sonya, totally can relate with you being from an expensive real estate market - I moved to Columbus a few years ago (from Portland, Oregon which was super expensive) to become a full time real estate investor, and ever since, I've completed quite a lot of BRRRRs, flips, and own a successful rental portfolio here in Columbus Ohio.

Assuming you'll have to sell at least 4 - maybe all of your properties to "consolidate" into this purchase you'll need to negotiate a very extended closing. 

Any investors in the area with success in unconventional terms of financing real estate ie subto, contract for deed, seller finance etc. 

People are becoming millionaires investing in Minneapolis.I totally agree with this view, in fact as Investor I would rather avoid investing in best market but invest where there're not too many competition, that's the kind of success recipet I've ever seen.

The good thing with owner financing is that all the terms are negotiable.
