Does anyone have any experience in this very pricey market of NJ/NY/NYC?

I noticed the Chicago market has changed quite a lot since I started back in 2018.

While serving as a VP of Retail Operations for over 20 years at a national retail chain, I consistently pursued real estate studies and successfully invested in several properties.Currently, my primary focus is on selling and listing real estate throughout the Atlanta market.

This is not too horrible when the "days on market" are in the single digits. but it will put a small GC out of business if the flip does not go well.

@Shannon L Fogarty the tried and true technique here is to ask other investors in your market who they are using.  

However, I am trying to accomplish this task by purchasing under market value (every investor dream).

I predominately work with out of state investors looking for cash flowing rental property in our market.
