Where is the REIA and how often are the meetings and is there a fee to get in?

How do i get a finder fee for this deal, without putting the property under contract? 

With survey, lawyers' fees, title search you are over 3k and that is without finance points.

It is out of town and I've added all my numbers with management fee. 

.- no fee/ low fee realtor brokerage (commfree, 1% realty etc.) - actually they charge more than what it shows in the ad.- direct marketing through kijiji, facebook, reach out to my real estate investor friends for direct sale or another rent to own - this is what I am doing now.- 1% fee realtor website (bodecanada) - this is pretty new and I start to put my property there- rent out to tenants - this is what I am doing nowMy property is half duplex with illegal walk out basement suite so I rent out upstairs for $1200 and basement for $700.

Also interested in the reasonable range of management and disposition fees. 

Try Rento-meter (free) or Rentrange ($2-$3 fee) or Zillow will get you close

Send them to collections for $15 fee.

Why would the PM get all the late fee?

Im just curious what fees are taken and what I get to take home at the end of the day.
